Our School Eye Health Program "Bright Eyes, Bright Minds" is a comprehensive initiative aimed at early detection, prevention, and management of vision-related issues among school-going children.
The School Eye Health Program is designed to provide systematic eye screenings, early intervention, and necessary treatment to students. Our objective is to ensure that no child’s education is hindered due to unaddressed vision problems.
Our trained team of optometrists, and healthcare professionals conduct regular school visits to screen students for common vision problems such as refractive errors, squint, amblyopia, and other ocular conditions.
Children diagnosed with refractive errors are provided with subsidised prescription glasses to improve their vision, ensuring they can read, write, and participate in class activities without difficulty.
For students requiring specialized treatment beyond basic vision correction, we provide referrals to MGM Eye Institute, where they receive advanced care, including medical and surgical interventions as needed.
We conduct interactive sessions with teachers, parents, and students to raise awareness about eye health, digital screen safety, proper hygiene, and the importance of early intervention for vision issues.
