Dr. Anil Babanrao Gangwe completed his MBBS from Seth G. S. Medical College & KEM hospital, Mumbai in 2008. He completed his post graduate degree (MD) in Ophthalmology from Dr. R.P Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS, New Delhi in 2011. He was Senior Resident in Vitreo Retina and ROP services at AIIMS, New Delhi from 2012 to 2015. He also worked as Consultant- Vitreo Retinal services at Gomabai Netralaya, Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh) from Feb. to Oct. 2015. He joined the Vitreo-Retinal Services at MGM Eye Institute in November 2015.
His area of interest are Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP), ocular trauma, diabetic retinopathy and complex retinal detachment.
