In India nearly 2.5 million people are suffering from corneal blindness and corneal transplantation is the only option for them. However, there is an acute shortage of healthy, transplantable corneal tissue all over the world. By pledging your eyes upon your death, you are going to help someone to see, someone to live and someone to start the new beginning with the gift of vision. Even eyes that may not be technically suited for a transplant are invaluable for research.
