Dr. Deepshikha Agrawal completed her MBBS from Medical College, Jabalpur in 1985 and Post Graduate Degree (MS) in Ophthalmology from S S Medical College, Rewa in 1990. She did her Cornea segment fellowship from LV Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Hyderabad and short term fellowship from Aravind Eye Institute, Madurai. As a senior consultant, she has established Eye Care Services in Apollo Hospitals at Bilaspur & Bacheli. She has also worked as Chief Ophthalmologist in Mungeli and Rajnandgaon. She took the helm at MGM Eye Institute in 2001 and has been instrumental in its development. As a Director of the institute, she has successfully guided the institute and constantly providing able leadership. She has actively participated in various community outreach programs, educational programmes and research presentations at District, State and National levels. She has presented and participated in scientific deliberations both in National and International Forums. Honour received by Dr. Deepshikha Agrawal for her 25 years of Dedicated Service towards quality Eye Care, PBMA's HV Desai Eye Hospital Golden Eye ACOIN Award by (ACOIN) Association of Community Ophthalmologists of India (ACOIN) in Lucknow in 2015. She has received Distinguished Service Award by (APAO) Asian Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology in Taiwan 2016.
